How long was your account suspended for?  If more than 90 days, then your account is permanently closed and phone number lost.  

Public mobile is self serve, so you will need to make a payment yourself via your self service account or dialing 611 on your phone.

and make manual payment . You can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume service . If still having issues please use this direct link to support to help
