@OpheliaChaoran If you were on the $ off for x months deal, maybe that might have expired. Rewards are added just before the plan renewal. Review the payment history and see if any other rewards applied unless you are on the new points system.

are you sure you're enrolled in Rewards or Points. New accounts after Jan 2022 get Points ..not Rewrads

did you use Change Now to upgrade plan?
and rewards usually already added to your account , Available Funds, one day before renewal. Check transaction history again and confirm if PM added the money the day before already
