Recent subscriber, no access, can't receive text messages

I just subscribed and attempted to activated my esim.  I got a temporary number.  I cannot receive text messages or data to login to the mobile app to fix it.  I'm not sure if the esim activation was successful.   Please help.

Can you send me the number of porting team? I am having the same issue.

can you make outbound calls?. if you can , eSIM installed properly

can you receive inbound calls?  if so, the porting was done

if just inbound text not receiving, is it just those 2FA text not receiving?

but if you cannot receive any inbound calls and text, it is porting problem, 

there is a porting team you can call to confirm porting status.  i will message you the phone number.  Check your Community inbox

@Mira_A  First try rebooting the phone or reset network settings see if that helps , if not submit ticket with support
