Referral code not working

I used my friend's referral code to sign up for Public Mobile just now but it doesn't seem to have worked. Is there a way to apply it after my account has been created?

Did your friend get a text indicating “Cha-ching! If so the referral worked and you will $10 credit off your next bill, may take a couple days too show up

It can take up to 72 hours for the $10 credit to show up in your available funds.  

If it has been over than 72 hours, you can contact customer service agent to have the referral code applied.  Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.
