Lately my calls are being dropped 

I will be talk and then nothing no bars no one can get though to me and I can't call out .This started happening about 2 months ago and its a real pain in the butt

what phone do you have?

did you try to update the OS? or maybe it happens after you have a major OS update?

and which city you are in?

Try your PM sim card in another phone, this will confirm if it is a device related problem

Please note, we are all customers like you. Here are a few things you can try. 

1. Reboot your phone.

2. Reset your network settings and reboot the phone.

3. Try your SIM card if it's a physical one in a different phone and see if that makes a difference.

If all this fails, reach out to Customer Service.
