Hello im unable to sign into my public mobile account plz help.

@Masooma  - what does it say for your status when you call 611 from your device, or call # 1-855-478-2542 from another line to check on your account.

 

Have you been active within 90 days? After 90 days of nonpay/suspended status your account and phone number is lost as well as access to self serve.

 

 

If active within 90 days, try one or more of the below troubleshooting things:

 

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

*manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) for dropping or unable to make incoming/outgoing calls

If you did try all suggestions as per @softech the only solution is contacting agent. They are still there until 10pm

@Masooma   You still have active service with PM?  Just want to confirm.  If your account suspended for over 90 days, your account would have been closed permanently.

 

If you have active service with PM and  just unable to login, you can first wait for another hour and try again.  It could be just a one hour temporary lock.

 

if still fails, try Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/) .  You just need to enter the correct email and answer the security question.

 

If still fails, open ticket with PM Support and they will reset it for you
