My son moved abroad a few weeks ago and disabled auto-renew on his Public Mobile plan. He tried porting his number to Fongo but Fongo need to verify his account at Public Mobile. He's unable to reply to the multi-factor authentication questions or sign in or because he's abroad. Any suggestions?

to login to My Account, try click Resend Code adn check if email an option.
if not, he can try to ask PM to help, basically he just need PM to accept his verbal approval to the porting request

@charliequill a text message is always sent which needs a reply within a 90 minutes window.
Your son can try to message Public Mobile at the link below directly and explain the situation and see if they can manually approve the port request.
