My price changed for no reason

I have had a public mobile for a number of years and the very basic plan. i have been paying $6.30 after rewards every month including may 2024 now it has just jumped to just over $15 with no notice and no explanation. Any help appreciated

Thank you for the reply. I was away in March and April so that's why I didn't know. Thank you again

Unfortunately the old rewards program has been shut down and you will now be paying full price for your plan instead of receiving automatic monthly bill discounts for loyalty, autopay and referrals. You have been automatically switched over to the new points-based reward program, which will have you paying more.
