My ported number from PC mobile doesn't work

I ported my number from PC mobile  several days ago. All I can do is make phone calls out. Phone calls in and texts don't seem to work.  I've left three private messages for moderators and it's been several days.  How can I get a prompt response from a moderator?  I don't think it's fair to wait so long for a response or to have to pay for a service that isn't working properly.

Incomplete or partial ports happen all the time on this forum unfortunately.  The only people that can fix the issue is the moderators.  Hopefully, you will get response today if you already been waiting 2 days.

My PC  Mobile number is with public mobile right now. So it was partially ported, if that's possible. I can make phone calls but I can't receive phone calls or send or receive texts.

Unfortunately, the moderators have been busy.  Wait times are about 72+ hours for some request this last week.  No other way to speed up request.  Moderators do work weekends and hopefully, you will get response today.  Can you still use your PC Sim/Service?
