Hi PM rep / Moderator,
I',m on $120/3 month plan with autopay & already paid yesterday from nect 3 months.
Suddendly I can not send or recieve text.
If I receive sms from some one, It says: You have been sent a text but you nedd to have texting in your plan to receive it.......
Same thing for sending too.. it says:Sorry, your plan does not include text messaging.
Pl. help...

Yes you should msd a mod but in the mean while have you tried power cycling the phone and let sit there off for a bit and then turning it back on. Or try the sim in another device if you have a access to one to just double check in case. Those are the only things that I can think or than assistance from a Mod @Shazia_K

When you added the funds to the account did you apply the funds to pay for the service. Because its a two step process. One you add funds and two you have to apply funds you added to your account towards your service.
