My phone service doesn't work anymore; I have 2 lines. One of them is still active, the other one says the number doesn't exist.

It is probably entering the wrong email address for the second account.
Check the status of the second account by dialing 1-855-4PUBLIC and check if the account is suspended or closed.

try using a different email address If you use gmail...they do support alias's...ie: FrancoC@gmail FrancoC+1

I tried to login, it says my user name doesnt exist. I tried to login to the app but the same issue. I had to create another account to be able to message you on here. I used the same email to create a new account, something must be wrong here.

@FrancoC for the phone that is no longer working, go into the PM app associated with it to see if the account is still active, or you can also logon to the website
