My phone the Umidigi A5 Pro isn't compatible with this network

The A5 pro works on every service provider in Canada including Freedom.  If it is not working on this service, it must be an account related problem.

Can you give us a little more info on what's not working on your phone?

(eg. incoming calls, outgoing calls, texts, data)

 

As others have mentioned Umidigi A5 Pro is definitely compatible.

Did you just sign up?

Did you port a number from another provider?

 

Calls/text work?

 

Data? (Some of these phones have issues with data where you may need a sim card like freedom to be able to edit APN settings.)

I have been using Umidigi A5 Pro global version with PM service since November.2019

I got it from amazon.ca.

Where are you planning to get it from?

 

All I did was to enable data, insert my PM SIM card and reboot my A5 pro.

Try it and let me know whether this procedure fixed your issue.

 

I am using the latest firmware UMIDIGI_A5_Pro_V1.6_20191227_20191227-1956

What is the firmware running on your A5 Pro?

That model is compatible @Trrel . Did you port your number?  It takes up to 3 hours for a ported cellphone number to work properly. If you did, when was the port initiated? Thanks
