I must confess that it has been a while since I last visited this platform. I'm curious as to why my previous community name is no longer available. Has there been a reset? When I attempted to register with a new nickname, it was already taken, leaving me unable to use my old one. Any insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is message CS_Agent, tell them your old and new (temporary) community usernames, and they'll fix it up and link it up with your original account again like they did for me. Took a day or so after messaging them:

Due to the recent roll out of App, Eversafe login, etc, several customers have had similar issues with inability to access original community account.
Public mobile is working on a fix. Supposedly, customer service agents are unable to fix the issue presently.

Thankyou for this post, as I am now back from community blackout after this issue affected me... Had to begrudgingly create a whole new account (with a different username) just to be able to 1> see this forum post which gave me some confidence the CS agents were aware and able to fix it, and 2> to message cs_agent and they did their magic after a bit more than a day.
Phew. Good to be back with my original community account!
