my mom has forgot the email to sign in, after trying the forgot email option, she still doest recieve any email to the signed in accounts she has. her plan is expired and we need to renew it and it's creating alot of trouble for her.

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a payment that way or purchase a voucher then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.
Vouchers are available at 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

@Mnai Try the forgot email option and check what emails you use gets the code sent to it or try reset password option . If still no luck submit ticket with support lot help you gain access again
