I would like to know why my mobile service is not on. I would like my account number information , so to know what steps to take. A customer service representative would be nice to communicate with, so to fix this situation.

Did you try to reboot your phone (turn off, wait, turn on)? Check account status on PM site. Is it active? When was your renewal date? Are you on autopay? Did your credit card get charged.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Autopay fails sometime, could be an issue with the credit card or could be an issue with PM
you can login My account and reactivate yourself
And you can also get the account number in My Account 's Profile page

@demaseh1 Did autopay fail? You can log in and manually top up your account to reactivate service if payment didn't go through. Try rebooting the phone if needed.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Try calling 611 from your mobile phone and make a payment if you have a credit card on file and you know your pin number.
