oh, I thought it was just me.  Glad it wasn't me only and it works now. 🙂

I think that's what happened,  @Luddite @softech @dabr @dust2dust 

 

I got a red box,  warning message about "post flooding" with respect to that particular thread when i attempted to post a reply?

properly we all replied too quick and overheat the system.. lol

@HALIMACS @dust2dust   yes; noticed it too and messaged the CSAs. Next time just send them a message. 
Twas quite weird as only the English forum was affected. Can only assume someone was tweaking a piece of the system and screwed up.

I also tried to respond to OP's post over an hour ago and was unable to post my response to this and another thread.  Seems like there was a serious glitch.

 

I did alert CSA's and also private messaged one of the senior CSA who I noticed was online and he was unable to edit OP's post either.   He did private message OP and I'm relieved to see @schinz13  edited his post, however, @schinz13  I think you should also change all your logins/passwords and maybe even your email adress to be on the safe side.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)Here

Indeed... I used the report feature as well as no updates could be made to the thread. 

 

What is concerning for this OP is that their post sat there for almost 2 hours before it could be edited.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
