Try changing the password. I use to not be able to log in until I changed my password.

HI @Helenxu234   keep checking the Community inbox here.  usually in 2 hours, they will reply. But honest, they have been busy with the new site ,so it could be slower

message them again after 4 hours if you don't hear anything

@Helenxu234  it is also possible to port the number with your imei # but with account is typically preferred

HI @Helenxu234  you have to login to My Account to get the account number. 

Are you porting out?

if you are porting out and just need the account number, please submit a ticket with  CS agent

@Helenxu234  have you been using tihs email address you logging in now on Community to logon My Account before?

You are now using an email address to login to a EverSafe id.  It will link both Community acocunt and My Account. So far, this email has linked you to your current community name., but have you connect you phone number to it yet? You go through to the stage to send SMS to your phone yet??

What is the error?

PM updated the system and need everyone to setup EverSafe id first to login.  You have setup one yet?  You probably have setup one now with helenxu234, but you linked to your MyAccount yet?
