Cannot log in

I have reset my password and try to recovery email multiple times to log into my account but I still cannot login. It keeps saying password an email don’t match even though I reset and recovered them multiple times.

@Elijah-kit you might need to wait an hour before trying again as the account would have been temperory locked for security reasons 

If you are using apps, some phone keyboard will Cap the first letter and hence the password would be wrong.  Click the unhide password icon to check before you submit
