ok - I understand now. You're saying that in case the OP doesn't know the e-mail address used to sign in to My Account. I'm uncertain that's the case here.

@ShixinWang sign into your “My Account “ using the email address & password that you created your account with. Also, the webpage has cashe issues that sometimes makes it difficult to sign in so please try using your browser in private / incognito mode to sign in.
Edit: Due to page had a popup requesting feedback on my experience while I was typing which messed up what I was typing!

did you try to use the Forgot Password link?
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
