PM has a 30 days cycle and not monthly. The cycle end date or renewal date will keep changing. So, it could be the reason. Please login My Account and using Incognito/Private/Secret mode. if it is indeed suspended, make a manual payment to resume service

@April-Dawn If your services are working calls text data and you have this error message you can safely ignore it . Many get this the day of renewal
