I get the same, a black screen with an error.
Hold the app icon on android and clear data. Clearing cache does not fix it but clearing the data does. You have to log back in and it works.
I have 4 public accounts on 4 phones and it happens on all of them periodically so it has to be an app flaw.

Try uninstalling the app and install it back on your phone.
Another option is to login on your computer but clear the cache and go incognito before login.

@JJ_zhao Maybe try clearing the app cache or uninstall it and reinstall it . Most likely there’s also a update for the app also
