@DaisyJosephK - If your phone number was activated within the Telus family (TELUS Mobility, Koodo Mobile, Public Mobile) worth asking an agent if they can recover your number, if not with Telus family when activating your number for the first time, ask your original carrier (Bell = Bell, Virgin, Lucky | Rogers = Rogers, Fido, Chatr.)

Deactivated or suspended.
If it is 'deactivated' - closed you lost your number and have to create new one - purchase SIM, use new email, etc.
If it is only suspended - you can log in into My Account, then pay the bill and it will go.

@DaisyJosephK - If it is after 90 days (Or 120 days) after your last payment you have lost your phone number and account permanently.
Also you can top it up at Recharge or locations here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher
How to load it up? Call *611 OR 1-8554PUBLIC (1-855-478-2542) to load up Vouchers or make a payment, remember your PIN for your account!

Sorry, but your accounts has been permanently closed. Your only option would be to purcahse a new SIM card and to actiate a new account, phone number, and plan.
