I'm your client, my sim card cannot working. how can I get a new one?

Good. Don't forget to request your rebate for the shipping cost once you have activated the new SIM.

 

Try to be patient. Unless you live in a major city it can take a week to 10 days to arrive.

 

If you have access to wifi you could make calls with a voip app such as that from fongo.com.

thanks for your help. I will order a new sim card.

Log into your self serve account to confirm a) Status says "Active" and b) the plan is correct.

 

What message is dispayed on your phone after you reboot with the sim installed?

 

If your sim has been damaged, order a new one here: Order SIM . When it arrives log into your self serve account and look for Change SIM under Plans and Add-ons. Enter the new sim number, log out, and reboot your phone. You phone number and account balance will transfer to the new sim.

 

If you have any contacts stored on your sim card, back them up, or transfer them to your phone, before changing the sim.
