I received an email and text message that my public mobile service has been put on hold and that I need to make a payment. When I login into the mobile app nothing is showing up unpaid and there is no option to renew my subscription. My payment info on file is up to date and has been coming off automatically each month without issue. Is this a scam or what is going on? Thanks

Just ignore it. It was a mass email that the system sent out. Just another glitch in the system.

if your PM services have no problem o, please ignore the message about the overdue issue.  It looks like there was a system glitch and those email were sent wrong, sent to the wrong group of customers

if you are concern, you can also  submit ticket with  support agent:

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can  submit by direct message:

I got an email message yesterday warning that all four of my family's accounts would be put on hold and we risk losing our phone numbers.  Today I received a txt message saying our accounts are on hold.  Everything is working and subscribed till September when I check the accounts online.  Next we lose our numbers......  PM should rectify this and at least send a notice that our accounts are in good standing.

@Emma_88 i  If your services are still working . You can ignore this error message . A lot of complaints about this over the last 24 hours of error messages  to customers . Some sorta system glitch
