I checked this month's statement and I saw that 34CAD of my subscription plan was debited twice from my account.
kindly check and please refund the extra money deducted.

@Jigaa Did you do an immediate plan change ? And not for next renewal ? If so that would explain it you go for the $25 plan to the $34 plan ?

@Jigaa Your screen shot only shows one charge the green means money in to top up account the black means money was taken out for the plan . Does your credit card show two charges for the same amount and posted ? If so and one not just pending use the link in my last reply to you to submit ticket with support

Please check if the charge is pending. In some online banking accounts, the same transaction can sometimes be shown twice, both as pending as posted.
