Mom isn't receiving all calls

Recently ported my wife, father, mother and mother in law over to public. While we're all doing fine and using iPhones, my mother isn't receiving calls from her own home phone number or from some freedom subscribers. She is able to receive calls from others and the rest of us that have ported but some random numbers aren't coming through. 

She's using an iPhone 14 Plus with e-sim. Port over went fine and the number was transferred from Fido. I checked DND (Do not Disturb) which was turned off for everyone but the problem continues to persist. 

Any insight or solution would be greatly appreciated it! Thank you. Thought id reach out to the community before messaging support as they take a bit longer.

other than Freedom having trouble to reach your mom , can you get calls from Rogers or Bell?

it could be the port was not completed.  I think you need to call the porting team to confirm.   will send you the number.  Please check your Community inbox for the number
