My phone calls and texts ,can't send pictures or use mobile data but have lots of data left . I dont understand how to fix this problem

@Keithrankin - check to see if you have data left on your plan, if the data line does not exist in the area below then that normally means you used up.
If you still see a data line in your overview, try:
perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

Are your data settings turned on?
Do you have MMS turned on for messaging?

Was data working on this phone earlier? If data has never worked on this device at Public Mobile (assuming that you're a new customer or just recently switched devices), this could be an APN setting issue. Has it ever worked here? Are you new here? If Android then it's likely your APN settings. Or if iphone connect to wifi and go into settings general about and check for any updates.
