Mobile data not working

I have mobile data set to on but I cannot get a connection and I have plenty of data left.  Is there another setting I need to set?

Android.  No go

I turned off wifi and enabled mobile but still no connection

Nevermind, it took a 1/2 minute and stated working and I see IP/DNS addresses now

I also swapped my sim to another phone before and the mobile data worked right away.

@martik777 you are good you found the APN settings in the end

 

do you have an iPhone or Android?  Was your phone used on PC Mobile before??

 

Try to click Reset All Networks and see if data starts working again.  (Please note Reset all networks will delete your saved Wifi connections as well and you will just need to re-join them)

was set to Prefer  LTE, changing to 3G doesn't help

APN is set to PC mobile sp.mb.com  Why PC and not public?

Check that the phone APN is set to sp.mb.com and that mobile data is enabled.

is data the only problem?? Voice ok?

 

First, try reseat your sim card.  Power off first, take sim out for a minute before putting it back and power up the phone.

 

if that does not work, try changing the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only and see if it helps

 

Also, can you confirm how much data left once again but use Incgonito mode to login My Account??
