Missing refer a friend reward

Hi My friend refer-a-friend code is: 50xxx

His refer award is missing. Please help.

It is against PM rules to post your referral code so please edit by clicking on reverse V  in circle.

Check with your friend if it is a letter O or number 0. If it is correct, $10 credit will take 72 hours to be added into your account for your next month’s bill.

They should have got a text indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward at”.

If they didn’t, they will need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate.

How sure are you of that zero? Maybe it's an oh. Maybe the q's are o's too.

how long ago did you activate your new account using the friends code ? Friend will get Points to be used for future renewal, you should see a $10 credit to your account.
