Signed up for the $20 discount for 15 months so should be paying $35 plus tax per month. So why did I get an email showing this today? Selected Plan:
$55.00
Promo - $-20.00
Total Paid: $75.00
Plus Tax. Tax varies by province.
What is with the double negative that actually increases the plan price rather than decreasing it?

That definitely is an error
You should see a full $55 charge but $20 remaining credit in your account.
Look at this other forum post to see their details.

@tuffykenwell I'd contact the Customer Support Agent. They should be able to clear that up @CS_Agent
or using this method to get the ball rolling on fixing that up.

you should be ok.. just keep track of your credit card bill
I think the employee that did that with the very poor math needs a new job 🤣

This is an errant calculation on PM’s part that other customers have gotten. Log into self service, but clear your browser cache first and then go incognito. You can then choose the Payment tab for the correct information.
