For renewals for existing customers on this $55-($20 for 15months) you should see a full $55 charge but $20 remaining credit in your account.
Look at this other forum post to see their details.

I have also applied for this promotion, but when the renewal came out of my account, I was charged the $55 (plus tax), and now there is a $20 credit on my account? I am hoping that this will be sorted out, but it is a little disappointing to get charged for the full price, even if it is only on the first bill. I changed to this promotion for my account as well as my son's account with the intention of saving money...not spending more!

This is great info for those who were biting their nails regarding this promo.
Thank you for posting all messages. PM should do that on a first place and not this way. They would get way more customers...

@brettster99- Yes indeed you're the early tester. We're all waiting to see if you get the $20 credit and when. Then presumably thereafter you would get it for the duration. So we'll see.

@dust2dust I will for sure make a whole post about this on December 26, when my plan renews (But fun fact I paid only $35 for immediate change) Hopefully, I am able to bring closure to this saga XD, and be able to put this to bed finally

I'll hold my breath until there are reports of renewals getting the $20 reduction. And especially wait for immediate buyers to renew and see if the credit shows up.

That would be amazing if we can get CS to confirm
