Message when I log into My Account stating 'You are not subscribed'

When I logged into my account it had the following message, what does it mean?  Do I need to do anything? My payments seem to have been processed normally every month so far without interruption.

Just got the same message, but I see the payment is "pending" in my bank account... Maybe it says that only while it waits for the payment to go through? Have you observed this after also?

could be browser cache or app cache

i always using Incognito/Private/Secret mode

if you are using  app, try clear cache and clear data

Ok so I woke up this morning and I logged into My Account and took another look at the payments section and through no action of my own the subscription option is changed to 'subscribed'.  I did nothing and changed nothing (except for logging in twice, once last night and once this morning).  So I'm subscribed after all, which makes sense because it's been charging my credit card every month as scheduled.  I'm not sure what happened yesterday, why it gave that 'not subscribed' message.   😕

Autopay is now referred to as Subscribed. Why they like to confuse us would be a good question.

@_sal_ , mine looks the same way.  @computergeek541 is correct you just need to manually add enough money to your account to pay your plan before it can renew on September 19 & before each renewal after that. That’s how I do it every time.

Edit: Just remember to set a reminder to do this before renewal of your 30 day plan! I add the money 3 days ahead of renewal to avoid any issues!

This means that pre-authorized payments are disabled.  If you leave this disabled, you'll need to manually pay for each renewal.
