Why is it so hard to make a manual payment?
Last night I got a text saying my payment didn't go through due to NSF in the account, from my card company.
I went to the app to try and pay, cant find the button it only tells me about how I'm subscribed, estimated due, manage subscription which just lets me modify the card on file (which updating the card doesn't even let me trigger a payment)
Now today the phone service doesn't work, I get a SMS from Public Mobile saying to go to myaccount.publicmobile.ca to make a payment.....but there's still no option to make a manual payment, just always talks about how auto pay is great.
I don't know how a company in 2024 can be missing a button to literally give them money.

it is unfortunate that the button is hidden for some of us. Not sure why

Ya the direct link works thanks, I'll save that for the future thanks, not sure why there just isn't a button on the payment page all the time if the account has access to the page regardless.

Nope on both the mobile app and pc version of the website I only have the options shown in the screenshot. However it seems the manual link provided by @softech brings me to the manual payment page so I'll be saving that in my password manager in case this happens again.
Judging by the screenshot you showed, maybe my account hasnt realized its past due yet, and hasnt opt'd to show me the button yet. Thats my best guess for the cause at least.

is there a Pay and Resume Service button? click and you can load money

You can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away , or log into your account go to payment page and use the credit card on file or load voucher there also
