porting number from public mobile to Telus issues!

It's been over a day without phone service. Telus is saying there is a problem with public mobile end for the issues with my phone number not working. Can't make calls or text! At my wit's end on what to do, don't want to lose my phone number

@lunarcookies  Is your public mobile account active ? It needs to be to port number out , you can ask support if they can verbally approve the transfer

Telus owns PM and best to ask Telus to help with the port, they can see both systems
