What is going on with my mobile data. It does not work unless connected to wifi

check if any local outage in your area, there are couple active one in BC, AB an QC

Check if you have a data limiter enabled, please disable so

Also, login My Account using Incognito mode to confirm if your account is active or suspended and if you used up your data

If you account is active and still have data left, try Reset network settings on your phone after rebooting the device

use the app to log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to see how much data you have used. Could it be you run outta data already ?
