I tried logging on but they do not give me access to the bills. Is there someone I can contact to get a hold of them? just need my last bill with public mobile showing my number and name.
It's been over a day without phone service. Telus is saying there is a problem with public mobile end for the issues with my phone number not working. Can't make calls or text! At my wit's end on what to do, don't want to lose my phone number
Unable to access payments tab as I no longer have an account with public mobile. When I try logging on, it just goes to the main webpage and clicking on account does nothing but refreshes the main page.
