MY payment WAS RECEIVED SINCE APRIL 6 AND I AM NOT HAVING ANY SERVICE

I made a payment since April 6th...my payment history shows it...my debit card show it...so I know PM received it yet I don't have any service plus it's asking me to make another payment!!! I am tired!!! And to make matters worst....YOU CANNOT OR DON'T HAVE ACESS TO LIVE ASSISTANT!

I am in the same situation.  I paid for the month on the 6th of April and as of today, it was suspended.  I also have an outstanding balance of over $30.00. Please help.
