I paid my monthly bill, I have a credit balance and still cannot make a phone call or a text message.

It is telling me that I used all my minutes when I try to do anything. Even call public mobile.

i have rebooted my phone, my account is active. And yes I have a connection to Public Mobile.

I am in the same situation. I paid for the month on the 6th of April and as of today, it was suspended. I also have an outstanding balance of over $30.00. Please help.
