10 days US roaming and extension afterward??

Hi,

I started US roaming 10 days ago and it has finished now,

however i tried to go into selfserve and add more, it did not show me options this time. It gave me US Talk & Text bundle for $15 only and no DATA options.

I purchased another $15 option to use and now i dont think i have DATA...

i need DATA it's very important to survive in the US, please advise me asap! @Jeremy_M

Because of the way the US add-ons start immediately on purchase, the option to repurchase is blacked out until the first purchase expires on time.  It's a shortcoming of the system in not allowing the customer to set the start time.  Doing so would allow multiple purchases.  Contacting the mods is the way forward as suggested.

Is your 10 days over. Or are you on day nine?

If data is finished early I think you need mods to add the plan early. Add enough funds then message the mods and ask them to add the addon

[edit] i misread your original post i think you need to get mods invoved to change your 15 $ addon to the data addon.
