Hello guys, I need help with my reactivation as my account was suspended because I was away for a trip for two months (July & August). However, before I had left I paid for the month of July and canceled Autopay before August came around.
I had just gotten back a few days ago and as I paid what I owed but when I turn on my phone now I am unable to text, call or use data like I used to. Even though my next Auto pay is set to be 3 months from now and everything looks fine on my profile page. Sorry English isn't my first language but please someone help !

When I was away I just added the funds to the account to reactivate and it worked.
What does you available balance say
What does your payment history say
Does your self serve say account expired is there a button that says reactivate plan?
Have you tried power cycling your phone?
If none of these ideas help them you need to get a mod involved.
