Hi, I made a mistake by purchasing an extra SIM card, how can I cancel the order?

As @Handy1 said, once purchased they aren't refundable. However IF you just did it before you posted here, you may be able to reach out to a customer service agent to cancel one of them. I can't make any guarantees.

If I MAY however make a suggestion that will work in your favor. Perhaps keeying the SIM card, sell it to a friend or on Kijiji and then give them your referral number so they get a $10 credit and you get your $1 off a month for as long as they are on PM. It's a win win in my opinion. But your call.

save that extra sim to gift a friend or family member who wants to $$ave on their cell bill too. When they do activate, you provide a referal code and they get a $10 credit to their new account and you'll get Points to apply to your account that you can use to lower your plan costs.

@NICKNICK928 SIM cards are nonrefundable . Good to keep one for.spare incase you lose or damage yours . Also good for friend referrals too . but you can try and check with support to stop order before it leaves the warehouse
