Hello I mistakenly purchased an add-on while browsing a new subscription plan.
i work night shift and was browsing in the morning before I fell asleep. I woke up to realize that I purchased the add on without knowing.
i have now upgraded my subscription and do NOT need the 3 GB add-on…..
how do I go about a refund?

Perfect! Yeah no issues with that now that I have a bigger plan. Thank you for the help

No worries. It can take up to 48 hours to hear back. Plus being the weekend... hit and miss. But don't worry. As long as you don't use the 3GB you'll be OK>

I did create a ticket, but I am still half awake lol just trying to see if I can expedite the process.
i understand the CSA’s are busy people, so I apologize for trying to get a resolution faster lol just freaking out a little is all
