You can connect to Samsung Canada via online chat and request the unlocking codes or call their toll free # 1 800 726 7864 with the IMEI# of your S7.
But as @dust2dust has mentioned the exact wording of the error message is important as there are 3 different error message that are worded similarly but require 3 very different codes.

What is the exact message the phone is giving you? Since it's a Samsung, they have a system to give unlock codes. But if it's your own sim lock and you forgot it then that needs support from here.
