I have recently changed my plan and my loyalty rewards were not applied to my most recent bill. How can I get my rewards applied to my bill?

If you scheduled a change plan on next renewal then your rewards should have applied as usual. If you changed your plan now then you started a new 30 day cycle so your rewards do not apply until next renewal once you have completed a full 30 day cycle.

HI @Bernadettec If you have never migrated onto the new reward system, please open ticket with PM CS Agent

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

If you changed plans "now" then the rewards don't pay in automatically. If you had possibly used the lost/stolen function then the rewards need to be added by the support people.
Are you possibly on the $10 plan? Did autopay possibly take $8 instead of your usual $5?

I had a $3 loyalty recognition credit and a $2 auto pay credit each month.

@Bernadettec Any chance you also changed your reward to go with the new Rewards system (Public Points)?
If you are still on the old system, you should be getting all the reward as usual, open ticket with PM Support to have them confirm:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Bernadettec hi changing plans shouldn't effect your loyalty rewards
