I will to change my plan and pay from my bank ...Also am having problem with my password to resett .

@BirneyJames  Get your Self Serve My Account login reset first.

 

Once you can login, you can make change to your plan.  Just make sure you understand the difference between Change Now and Change in the next renewal date.  Most people would use Change in the next renewal date to avoid lossing money.  Change Now would have PM starts a new cycle NOW and charge you now, remaining days on the current old plan will be forfeited

 

To make change with your credit card/debit card, go to the Payment page, click Manage my card and then click Replace this credit card option to update the credit card info

@BirneyJames hi for the second part of your question you  can only pay with a voucher , credit card , or visa debit

@BirneyJames , use the chatbot link in the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket if you are unable to complete the password reset.  Plan change is a self serve function once account access is restored.

@BirneyJ    Log into your self serve account and select Change Plan under Account Status on the overview page.  Make sure to select Change at Next Renewal and not Change Now as PM does not prorate for unused features of plan.

You should also click the down arrow on your post and edit/delete your email and full name from your post as you are posting on a public forum.
