How come I didn't get my 5 rewards points for being a loyal customer, that I used to get every month before you introduced this new reward system. This a joke and I am not happy with the new reward system. Scam, give back the loyalty points or we should look for a new provider. 😡😡😡

Ohh, and I just realized I didn't get my auto-pay points either, so this month my bill is going to be 7$ more plus the 13% taxes on top of the 7$ way to go public mobile, you finally transitioned to the level of the other scam providers, money hungry pitty scammers.😡😡😡😡

@Sasho You still get a discount but you have to apply the points to your account yourself rather than automatic discount. Of course it's not as lucrative as it was before but you can possibly get a lower cost plan that is better or equivalent, for example the $19 for 1GB at 4G speed currently only being offered to existing customers (you have to log in to your account to see it).

yes, the monthly loyalty points now replaced with the 10 anniversary bonus points

I have to admit Public Points rewards is not as good as the Legacy rewards system, but you are still saving money, just in a slower pace
