I've been with Public for several years and received a consequent discount. This month I was switched to the point system and my discount disappeared.

Public Mobile is no longer interested in providing discounts to their loyal customers anymore. Matter of fact, they've now removed the discounts you've earned as a customer.

Many have filed complaints with the CCTS.

Unfortunately, all members are forced to switch to the Points Reward.

You will need to collect 15 points for a $15 credit now based on 5% of your bill in points.

You should have gotten 5 points for the switch so you need to collect 10 points for your first $15 credit.

I just redeemed my $15 credit.

Sorry, but there is no automatic discount.  Points needs to be manually redeemed.
