Issue while registering first time - LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION.

Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am facing while trying to register my SIM card. After receiving a message stating that I already have an active subscription, I attempted to complete the activation process by clicking on "My Account." However, I am stuck in a loop where it keeps prompting me to "Let’s Complete Your Activation" without any progress.

I kindly request your help in resolving this issue promptly. Your assistance in completing the activation process successfully would be greatly appreciated.

@Galaaamit - Yes, I get it, but are you using App or Web? 

App is needed to activate your Public Mobile service as it seems you are using the web.
