I tried to activate yesterday but it failed I tried again today and it says contact agent can anyone help

Are you trying to setup with an eSIM or a physical SIM card?
Creating a ticket with PM support:

has PM charge your credit card yet?
and did you use the app to activate?
if PM has not charged you yet, and you weren't using the app, please start the activation again using the PM app. Download the app from app store
if you were using the app already, uninstall the app first, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Once the app is reinstalled, try using a different email address and create a new login and try again

@LBUDD The system was down for maintenance yesterday morning but is supposed to be working again now. Are you using the Public Mobile app? If not, try the app and if you still need help either ask back here (where we're all customers but can often help) or contact support via the chat icon bottom right of this page. If the chatbot doesn't work send a private message to support via this link
