If you are 5 years with PM you should get $5 reward.
Look at your payment history and let us know what it say there.

Hi @bella62 did you login to My Rewards site? do you see things showing in dollar or point?
if it shows, how much loyalty rewards it shows?$2 or $5?

What do you mean "after 2 years"? Are you still on dollar rewards or did you switch to the new points system?
